Virtus Construction Ltd was established by Gareth Williams in 2007, who’s background and history play an integral part in the ethos of the company and the way projects are structured and completed. Having gained a BEng.(Hons) in Engineering he spent 11 years as an army officer during which time also gained his Charter with the Institute of Mechanical Engineering. On leaving the army he set up a project management company specializing in defence research and development, but alongside this he began developing property. At this time he perceived the need for a construction business which professionally plans and manages the entirety of a project through from concept to completion, and so decided to establish Virtus Construction Ltd.
The systems and management processes that have been developed have proved very successful and Virtus has grown steadily. The company now has over 30 tradesmen and staff but the ethos of how projects are run has remained constant.

To achieve this we think it is essential to understand the customer and their decision making processes, and where possible offer any necessary guidance and advice. Throughout, we use tried and tested communication methods to ensure that everyone involved, from the customer to the tradesmen, is constantly updated on the status of the project. This ensures we provide a high quality product tailored to the customers’ specific requirements.
